The 'Out Of Mexico' jewellery collection was established in 1997 and is comprised of beautiful and unique handmade jewellery. After living the ‘backpacker’ lifestyle, the founder of this small business, sought many items from his travels and the collection is now made up of 4,000 different lines of jewellery from silversmith artisans from around the globe. The ethos behind this collection is to benefit the skilled people who take the time to create beautiful silver and stone-set jewellery; 'we deal with various workshops and although it would be easier to work mainly with the larger companies we strive to give as much money to the actual worker that makes the piece so we try and use ‘artisans’ that work from small family-run workshops in their homes providing an income to provide for their families and ensuring a more positive future than may have been possible'.
